Hello Everyone,
On Thursday May 19th, I will be teaching Long Form 7 from 6:00-8:30pm in London, Ontario. The location of the event is the Berkshire Club at 500 Berkshire Drive.
Long Form 7 is required for promotion to 4th Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo. You will need to bring two clubs (or "sticks" if you will) to the event.
The cost for the seminar is $30 by May 9th or $40 after May 9th. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me at:
