Kajukenbo Repetition Techniques

Standing Repetitions

1. (Rt. cross punch from boxing stance)
a. Step to 11:00, with your left leg and Deliver a left inward block on the outside of the arm followed by a right horizontal chop to nose, over the attacking arm, follow movement downward to a right chop to the right ribs, Lt. hand follows reverse punch to the ribs, cross step around to the back of opponent, with your right leg, right hand deliver a downward knuckle rake to spine followed by a left reverse punch to the kidney.

2. (From a boxer stance they throw a cross and left jab)
a. Deliver a right inward block, and an outward block, followed with a downward knuckle rake strike to the bridge of the nose, follow the downward movement to a right back knuckle strike to the groin, they are bent over by now! Deliver a left vertical chop to their left calor bone to break it, hook the back of the head with your left hand and move to the side to deliver a downward hammerfist to the back of the head, just above where the head sit on the neck



3. (Opponent on his back you at his right side standing over him)
a. Rt. downward reverse punch to the nose, followed with a backfist to the groin, which pops their head up, with your left hand deliver a left chop, just under the nose, follow with a right chop downward to the neck, drop to deliver a downward elbow sandwitch to the jaw, followed with a right backfist to the temple, right football kick to the back of the head to bring his head up off the ground, and plant a drop knee to the side of his head.

This techniques are dangerous, and can hurt someone really bad, do not ever use these unless your life really depends on it. Practice these slow and with out hurting your partner. If you ever use these you will have to explain to the law, why you did! It is always better to walk away from a fight the better man!
