anyone ever heard of Sifu Jon Rister

Yes. Jon is a Wing Chun instructor in Irving, Tx. His wing chun is from Francis Fong and his JKD is from Dan Inosanto. Jon is very personable and from what I have seen of his students he is a good instructor. My only association with Jon is having met him several times at seminars and the Wing Chun Assoc. of the USA Instructor training camps. Look him up and visit his training program.
