Bare feet, baby!!! Ten years back I used my jungle boots when I was on ship and they worked fine... Once in a while I train with Adidas wrestling shoes or my duty boots for job specific stuff, but I prefer bare feet. I read the posts on FMAT and I'd like to try something new with those Nike free runners...
