Why do FMA Free Stylists fight with their hands so low? Bruce did it, but he was fast. Inosanto does it, but you could argue he has other skills to make up for it.

I think FMA people are used to practicing with a knife in their hand, and when you take the knife away they still hold their hand too low. A good TKD / Boxer who head hunts would be a menace to FMA freestylists.

Color me silly but I never knew that Bruce Lee was a FMA guy. I always thought his roots were in Chinese systems. :xtrmshock

This could be very pointless thread as I could as easily say that "X" art is going to get beat because the FMA guy would pull his knife and end the encounter.

Then the next guy could come along and say that the guy with the gun could be the winner.

Next would be the type who might snipe or create some other device that could ..., .

And then someone could pull in the Nuke.

Now I wonder where the discussion will go?
