New Aikido student wanting to cross-train.

Hello everyone im a 18 year old guy from Denmark currently studying Danish Aikikai. Ive been doing this on and of for about 5 years but the last 6 months have been intense and i intend to keep it up. However i would love to start studying a new martial art to complement my aikido. With aikido being a defensive sport i think it would be best to pair it with a more offensive one so i got both sides covered.
Now on to the real question. Which is in your opinion the best martial art to pair with aikido? Im under the impression that some are better than others as the basic moves can vary very much from one MA to the other and by pairing 2 completely different MA's it could be causing more harm than good.
