Gyms in Yokohama?

OK, i have never practiced MMA but have been a fan and athelete for quite a while. I think i'm finally ready to do some rolling, training and kicking my butt kicked (haha). Im living near yokohama and was wondering if anyone knew of some good gyms (serious) that would accept a gaijin and train him hard.
I'm looking for something along the lines of probably Shooto, Vale Tudo or something along those lines. Something where i can do some rolling and some hitting.
If anyone has any suggestions please hit me up, thanx.
