Bob Mortimer - National Treasure

The U.K. is blessed with an amazingly bizarre comedian called Bob Mortimer who has had a very strange life. His appearance on ‘Would I Lie to You’, a show in which a team of celebrities try and fool the opposing team with tall tales, are legendary. I wonder if the humour travels. Here are two of my favourite stories from Bob Mortimer.

Then there’s ‘Bob and Paul Gone Fishing’ one of the most popular programmes on TV. Two older men, who’ve had heart surgery, go fishing and talk about rubbish. Gentle humour.
