Anyone know where to buy a shield that measures striking power?

I have been looking for a striking shield that measures the force of a strike. I looked everywhere online and found only one place that charges $400 for it. I wondered if anyone knew where to get a used one that still works. I can buy it or build you a website for it. I am a fantastic web developer who works full time building one of a kind websites.

Their website is having problems right now, but Century has something called "Herman Digital Training Partner" that can measure applied force, speed, etc. I think it runs about $200

Sparring partners are free

You got different types of out put, from screams to thuds to gasping to recovery time. Much more accurate when it comes to realism.

But seriously, those striking power shields are... well... kind of silly and tell you nothing about whether or not it would hurt, just how much air you can knock out of a expensive whoopie cushion. Don't bother.
