ankle gaurds

Howdy all. One of my ankles has been messed up for 2 years from kicking a sandbag incorrectly. :waah: Is there any good ankle protectors out there that I can wear while I train?

I probably should have specified that some sort of protective wrap would work. The way boxers tape they're hands. Hopefully something less time consuming.

that said, you can buy an ankle wrap at your local drug-store. one of the neoprene ones should work fine if all you've been doing is wrapping it.
