Thank You Brian and very well timed, I am finding that I am rather intrigued by Tong Bei Quan at the moment and trying to find out more about its history, strategy, philosophy, forms, etc.

My first Sifu actually did two form of Tong bei quan; empty hand and spear, but he never taught it to anyone as far as I know.
