yes, cool... it will undoubtedly be given to Military, LEO's and EMS units first for it's utility, but eventually every day average citizens will get to own one... sorta like the Hummer and it's eventual selling to the consumer... those that can afford it.

Still a glimpse of the future.

Neat idea... But the concept, as shown, doesn't seem to have much storage/trunk space. For example, I don't see where you'd put a patient and the medical gear if using it as an ambulane. As shown, I think the first uses would be military scouting, and, in the civilian world, as an alternative to patrol helicopters for police departments. The driving factor is going to be cost... and then, eventually, traffic control issues. Think about... We've got road rage and enough morons who can't drive now -- imagine if they were moving in 3 physical dimensions.

OK -- practical stuff aside...

I WANT ONE! We were promised flying cars when I was a kid... I want one! (That and a personal jet pack!)
