Right now most are clarifications to the rule changes that happened last year. Although the two major changes are the full point deduction for stepping out of bounds, and the additional deduction point it takes to be disqualified.
I'm not sure if any are really controversial right now, but the vote goes in Sept 23rd I believe. Personally as an official and competitor, I like the rules.
I don't know if it'll ever happen, but I'd still like to see either punching to the face allowed, or just more scoring allowed for hand techniques, rather than just the reverse punch.
