What to do with 6 hours in Singapore?

Later in the year, I'll be traveling to Thailand for a conference. On the way back, I'll have a Saturday evening to kill in Singapore (land at 4 pm, take off at 2:30 am). Rather than sit in the airport, what should I do?

A friend of mine was in Singapore last year, he told me of a bar/nightclub referred to as Four Floors of Whores. That could be entertaining.
