It's kinda funny who you notice in martial arts movies after you've been in the martial arts for a while. I was watching Big Trouble in Little China (a guilty favorite for me). During the escape scene while Wang and Eddy, I noticed a woman I recognize from a seminar I went to a while ago. I checked the credits, and yes it was.

Dian Tanaka.

Also had James Lew, I never knew that either.
