does video training actually work?

  • Yes! video training is a reasonable alternative for anyone who doesn't have time or want to go to a

  • Maybe... but only if someone's a real natural

  • Only as a supplement to studio training.

  • Um... no. you've gotta actually have an instructor physically present. video doesn't cut it.

Here in lies the rub-popular tv is not educational nor is educational tv really popular
If somone doesn't have the disicipline to train at a school how will he find the disicipline to train as hard in his basemont?

I dont think videos can help unless you have a training partner and you actually get down and work out...finding out what works and dont...using a resisting opponent when you spar.

Most studios dont provide the quality instruction in 6 months you could get off of lets say a Erik Paulson tape (just an example).

The Point is you have to fight!-to get good at anything you learn, either at a gym or from a tape.
