I didn't recognize the 1st or 3rd form he performed.
But, the second form was "Jee Tae," which is about a 5th or 6th Dan form requirement at the WTF. (It's a brown belt form in Chayon-Ryu). The name roughly means, "Stomp/Smash the Earth." That form was created in 1967 by a committee of the Korea Taekwondo Association.
A lighter side of the very same person - Master Kytu Dang on a demonstration during our summer training camp. Interesting thing is the fact that the whole demo wasn't really rehearsed and it's a kind of improvisation.
The first poomsae Master Ky Tu Dang performed was Hansoo (8th dan). The second as RMclaim mentioned was Jitae which is required for 6th dan, and the last was Chonkwon-7th dan poomsae.
