What kind of handwraps do you use?

There are so many. 180's, hook and loop, gauze, etc. And what the hell is a Mexican handwrap?

I'm basically looking for the best for muay thai purposes. Are some better for sparring while others better for bagwork?

Thanks.

I use 180" mexican style wraps from Fairtex. Mexican style wraps are kind of like gauze material, thin, stretchy; not like the thick wraps. Wraps are wraps, as long as they provide support for your wrist and protection for your knuckles, it doesn't really matter.

different people prefer different wraps.

hook and loop = velcro

Mexican ones are stretchy

180 = 180 inches

You want long ones, whether it is Mexican ones or not is up to you.

ps - AdrenehlineJunkie, My cat just KOed the animation in your signature.
