Two vids... Of Earth at Night From Space

Found these the same time I found the cell phone microwave experiment.
The narration has a lot to be desired on the first one but irregardless it's still beautiful. Probably best to click on the video and go to you-tube and watch it full screen.

Same with this one better in full screen. More vivid I think as it shows not just particular cities but whole countries and continents and other well known areas of the planet.
I had to wonder though... how the hell do the Japanese get any sleep at night with all those lights blazing??!??

Wonderful stuff, Caver. What struck me with all the fervour about our 'over-crowded world' tho' was not the blazes of city lights but all the dark spaces in between.
