I am looking for this piece of work from Stephen K. Hayes, does anybody know where to look for it, if it is for sale anyway. And can someone give me more information about this book, if it is a book, or maybe a manual, or a study ? When is it made ? How many pages etc...

It is a small paperback leaflet printed in 1995 with 21 pages, listing the thirthy-seven elements of the path leading to enlightenment...

if you are really interested, you might want to question mr Hayes about it in person...
