I'm 45 and would like to improve my flexibility - particularly around kicking.
I've looked at Kurz's "Stretching Scientifically"...it is very padded with scientific discussion that I'm not interested in (I care about improving my stretching...the med student discussion of physiology, not so much).
I'm wondering if others have a program/book/routine they would recommend.
