I got some money so I decided to start a fund for either my next belt test, or to take the "foreign instructors course" at the Kukkiwon. Ever since I read Miles' journal about it, I've itching to go.

Actually, I took my son to the MA store after Christmas to get him some new gear, as he is beginning to cross train in Muay Thai. That's when this item caught my eye -- it's flexible and very comfortable. I always wear groin protection in class, and I always have my mouthpiece in my training bag. As far as I'm concerned, they're the two most important pieces of equipment I have.
