    Your link seems to focus on what to do once attacked or threaten, it seems to ignore the 95% of self defence that deals with avoiding getting to that stage in the first place. Do you cover that also?

    Hi Paul_D, since your fairly new here I am just assuming you have missed me talking about de-escalation techniques, threat indicators, awareness, avoidance, action and more here at MartialTalk and also on my blog. So yes to answer your question, IRT has all of that and more. The blog post, was just that a very short intro to what we do that I have been promoting out on Facebook, etc.
