What is it that seoerate your school from every other school that teaches TKD? How is that seen by the outside? What steps do you take to maintain that enviroment? Have you ever had to ask trouble makers to leave and if so how was that taken by all?

At my school we blend he old with the new. I use traditional drills that I was taught (without the stick to shin/abs) as well as new cardio drills. I keep the students coming back every month by motivating them to train hard and improve instead of locking them into contracts. Not that contracts are bad, I just do not use them. My students take their time at each rank until they are ready to move on. I have a 93 % retention rate after they reach BB/Poom.
I also invite coaches from other school 's(different cities) to give them something fresh every month. I do the same for their schools. It works really well as long as the other coaches do not try o recruit.
