Being in the ITF since 1988, and TKD as a whole since 83, I've picked up, and implemented the theories of power, Sine Wave, Knee Spring, and so on. I've learned to strenthen my kicking, become a better forms technician through refinement, and understand the concepts of self defense, and basics better.

With all that being brought out in seminars time, and again, I wonder what else is there. I see no growth, just the same old stuff. With the exception of teaching.(When I can find someone to teach) What else is there besides the discipline?

Yes, I also do Kenpo, and Tai Chi, but the former is drying up in a sense.

Anyone else come across the same feelings? What are your thoughts, suggestions.

Thanks:asian:

sometimes a short vacation is needed, or if more serious, a whole new experience or goal.
for example, trying an art that you know very little about.
continually setting new goals has helped me a great deal.
goals can be as a student, teacher, seminar promoter, etc...
sometimes meeting a new workout partner or teacher makes all the difference too.
