The Red Dragon School of Martial Arts are proud to present one of the Yang Family’s most experienced teachers, Jim Fox. This Saturday 10/22/05 from 9:00 to 12:00pm he will be teaching the little know and necessary component of Tai Chi training, push hands. As many of you know, Jim has 25 years practicing and teaching Tai Chi. Attached is his extensive and impressive resume. The three hour session is as follows:



9:00 - 9:30 Overview of the principles governing Push Hands

9:30 - 10:00 Horizontal Circles (2 hands and 3 hands methods)

10:00 - 11:00 Vertical Circles (with transitions)

11:00 - 12.00 Introduction to Applications



Come and enjoy a great learning experience! The three hour course fee is $35.00. Limited space available, call 822-0222 for reservations.

Al, simple answer, sensitivity training..if it's similar to Wing Chun stuff.
