My older brother fwd this link to me. One of the smallest creatures on the planet has given life to two (later one) more.
It's something to appreciate among the larger things in life.
Hummingbird's Nest Enjoy! :D

Thanks MACaver! I really enjoyed that. We have alot of hummingbirds in our yard usually...alas, all the birdies are gone for the winter except for my two cockatiels. They were so teeny! Wondered what happened to the other one, probably forced out of the nest? TW

GAH! Lost my reply.

Those remind me of when I went to the Sonoran Desert Museum in Arizona, and went to the Hummingbird House, and got to see hummingbirds close-up, including one female sitting on her tiny perfect nest, putting spiderwebs into it!

Thanks for posting, MACaver!

I don't imagine that is something a lot of people get to see in a lifetime- thanks for posting it!! Very neat!!

I had never seen a baby seagull until a few years ago on Alcatraz Island......very cute once they get their first feathers. Still have never seen a baby pigeon!!

Thanks again-
