Mr Brandon Meeks is Petitioning for Directorship position

I've read Mr. Meeks petition and in his petition, he outlined his visions on few areas:
1. National Coaches selection - bottom up approach, ie, from the athletes who made the US team
2. US coaches requirements and background check
3. Referees selection process
4. Referees requirements
5. Referees stippens
6. Athletes stippens
7. National and State qualifiers and how to generate more memberships..etc.

Overall, he has a mission and a plan in place. It is a start and in my opinion, some areas can be improved/massage to be better when his plan/guidelines discuss in a group of people. I mean, brainstorming session with other officials.

It is more than I know from USTA org. for sure. Has anyone read his outline? What is your opinion if you have read it?

You need to write in to USAT and tell them that their plan to replace the coaching director with the National Coach (non-voting) disenfranchises all coaches. They also want to replace the Voting Referee Director with a non-voting Referee Chair who is also paid by the org. So we would be adding 2 paid employees to parrot David's positions. Brandon cannot run for a position that will probably not exist after 10/15.
