2. be aware of your breathing (not consintrating on it but know it is happening)
3.when comfertable count on your out breath and count as far as ten. then start back at 1 i.e. breath in then count, count 1. breath in then out, count 2. continue to 10. then start at 1 again
i used to do this for 5min one a day and i found this quite helpful. hope it helps.
