Looking for a uniform or clothing piece...

I'm looking for something I'm not 100% sure what it's called.
I believe it's a Jinbaori, but, I'm not sure.

I've seen it on a few pics, but, haven't located it for sale anywhere.

Best example I can give is Pg 84-85 of Stephen Hayes Mystic Arts of the Ninja book. The thingy that flares out over his shoulders.

Any help, pointers, etc, greatly appreciated.

I think it is called haori or happi, but I am not sure. I know what you are talking about, but I have never heard it called that before. I have heard it called by one of the two terms that I stated, but can't remember which one. Hope this helps.
