looking for a stretching and press up programme

My stretching needs work but Im overwhelmed by the info avaiable all the possibilities.

Anyone have a basic/begginers stretching programme they would be willing to share or any advise or tips ??

The same applies for press ups. All the rep and set info overwhelms me and Im lost as to where to start for strength building xercises. I have no weight equipment so all exercises need to be body weight..:)
 
I would recommend yoga. If you can't do that, check out any of Pavel Tsatsouline's stuff at dragondoor.com.

Or check out crossfit.com. Most of the exercises used are body weight...
