They are the same Textbook.

The set you purchased from Dynamics is split into two books. I do not have them, but I believe they are soft bound. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

The Textbook from hanbooks is is a single hardbound book with a hard cover it slips into.

No but a GM I know said they are in the process of making a new one to go along with everything the new website has. Should be interesting to see what exactly is going to be changed.
