I just finished

a 280 question personal profile online questionaire for a potential new job. I think it's interesting how they ask the same question in a few different ways, in a couple of circumstances.

the repeated questions are to make sure your being truthful and to test for some psycological issues ...atleast thats what iv been told

Yeah thats why I hate them... I happen to be a compulsive liar about my psychological issues

I think the real reason they repeat the same questions is just to discourage you from finishing it. It's one of their ways of weeding people out. :flushed:

I had to take about 4 separate written tests like that AND speak personally with a Psychiatrist to pass my screen.....and I still got through. :erg:

oh man...I live on a university campus...survey central. I try to be polite and fill out the ones because I know that most of the information is put to good use. I've had to conduct a few myself for different classes. But after awhile I just ignore them...
