Stretch and practice. There is no magic, just stretch and practice. Don't tear anything, but keep at it. Joon Rhee used to constantly say something to the effect of "... always move to your maximum, always search for a new maximum." It works.

Do them morning and night 3 sets of 12 - 15 with both legs. If you don't know what Dynamic leg swings are just do a google search on the term but you should know, I bet you do them but just not enough.
