I am trying to compile a list of all the benefits of Traditional Martial Arts training other than self defense.

I would greatly appreciate any help that any of you could provide. Anything from one item to your top 5 or 10 things.

-Better Health (mentally, physically, and perhaps spiritually)

-Discipline (which is quite helpful in many aspects of life)

-Social (good way to meet people, create friendships, work with others)

-These are pretty general, but a place to start. Not to mention its fun;-)

I realize I could have came up with a list myself, i Just felt that this way I might get some things I might have otherwise missed.
