hanbo intructional videos?

    My dojo does not teach hanbo any recommendations for good intructionall videos?

    My recommendation: avoid them, and find a teacher.

    I always hate to Google this kind of special term "hanbo". If it takes me 6 seconds to Google it, it will take 1,000 MT members 6,000 seconds (100 minutes = 1 hour and 40 minutes). That's a lot of valuable time wasted.

    If OP just use "hanbo (Japanese short staff)", that will be much more friendly to start a discussion thread.

    Hanbo Kihon by Todd Ryotoshi Norcross under hatsumi is really good. Found it on Ebay. Learned a bunch from it, and yes, training is limited on a dvd.
