I caught a recent episode of Hack while visiting with my parents this weekend (they are big fans), and the show's subject was the US Justice department's abuse of terrorist laws. I know this debate has been seen on other threads, but I don't remember seeing it brought up in its own thread. Without taking into account the dramatic flare of the show (if anyone watched it), what is the opinion of forum members on US government agencies abuse of power.
