if grandmaster hwangpo rings a bell to anyone, then hit me up. seriously.he had 3 schools. one closed. i tried the internet to research his tkd days, but nothing. all i know is that grandmaster hwangpo was a student of the guy that founded moodukkwon.

i did remember reading a book about moodukwon.. i saw a picture of the moodukkwon family treeline and i saw chuck norris name in it. basically, grandmaster hwangpo followed his teacher around. hwangpo also had schools in places like austria and germany.

if anyone can tell me information about grandmaster hwangpo, then thanks.

If this is the same Hwangpo, he still has schools in the Fort Worth area. His school in Arlington, Tx (small city next to Fort Worth) was operated by someone else, but used Hwangpo's name. It closed in 2005 or end of 2004. They don't teach anything from Mooduk-Kwan. They are teaching the WTF requirements, including the Tae Guek forms, Koryo, Tae Baek, etc.

I've never met Hwangpo or met anyone that knew anything about him. So, I cannot help with his background.
