It's Goshin Martial Arts run by Mike and Cathy Anderson in Arizona. The material covers some basic physical stuff but also deals with non-violent methods to deal with Bullies, strangers, inappropriate touching, etc. I highly recommend it.
I've also seen ads for Century's Bully Busters that looks good. It's focus is to deal with anger with non-violent solutions. They believe that if you teach kids only violent self-defense moves, they will come to believe that that's how they should handle all altercations.
