Cheap DVD Burners

I am looking for a cheap Dvd Burner extranel mainly or even one to use on tv does anyone know where to get a dvd burn or would i be better off getting a lab top with a build in dvd burner

DVD burner, or a DVD Player with a CD Burner. The later is what I have from my work. The DVD burner would be really cool though.

Ah, it may only be a CD burner--I'm not sure.
