Can anyone shed any light on these guys

they all seem to have DvDs out on self defence topics

They are all available to download on one of those DvD sites and just wondered if any were really worth watching

I don't know about these names you listed, but my opinion is that although videos or dvd's like this might be fun or entertaining (and to answer your question, "worth watching"), don't expect to become proficient in the techniques they demonstrate. For example, I just saw a 4-tape boxing video set advertised that claims to be able to teach you to box. I think anyone with some common sense understands that this is somewhat ridiculous. A dvd can't provide feedback and can't answer your questions, so I think it's not worth the money if it's something you're truly wanting to put into application. If you're an instructor or an advanced student, and you already know about the material presented, that's a different story. It could be of value, in a different way, like more of a reference tool to help with designing your training or something like that.
