JOW GA is a combination of Hung Gar, Choy Gar and Northern Shaolin, forged in the Kek Lok Si Temple in Malaysia. A product of the Jow family of Sa-Fu, Canton, Jow Ga has become of the most powerful fighting systems of Southeast Asia in less than 100 years.
