Bjj summer camp

though we know now that bjj will get you killed in self defence. This week I attended a summer camp held in Jersey. It was run by victor and Braulio Estima. It was a great camp and today was promotion day. I didn't get any promotion but that's not important to me I don't care about all that but there was loads of people to train with. The coolest one was former bellator lightheavyweight champion Liam mcgeary who was promoted to black belt at the event. I got the chance to roll with him and safe to say I got manhandled no surprise there but it was still cool. There was over 70 people training today. Good stuff hoping to attend next year

Ah sounds like it was alot of fun. I loooove training camps so darn much... the Kyokushin camps we had were bloody exhausting haha but I loved every minute of them
