On the above link which I check alot to see if anything changes on it recently has a new martial arts on it Banke Shinobinoden. By visiting the link you can see their claim and i just want to know what you guys think.

P.S. I am a first time poster long time reader but I couldnt find much on this school

not enough information on that link to make any conclusions.

i have heard of the organization before but have no knowledge on what they teach or their history so I am unable to give any answer to their claims.
My question would be why are they recognized by the museum

This has been discussed here at length. Kawakami is supposedly "well-known" in Japan, yet they point to an airline magazine as evidence of his legitimacy...
