    I love that one. I really like the way he shows for the lower ranks and a more advanced option. Seems to be a great teacher.

    I agree - you can really tell when you have a good instructor - both the smoothness of technique and the professional attitude.

    Yessir it was kinda' tiring. Specifically so because we'd done the drill a few times as a warm up before we started filming. :D

    No way around it , even when it "looks effortless" anyone who has done the drills knows its not.
