I could be mistaken on this, and this is already something commonly used. But I've never seen it before. Except that another white belt did this to me today.
My rolling partner was taking my back. He got his left leg hooked around my left leg, and then locked a triangle around the leg. It was a tight triangle. His left Achilles was pulled tight creating quite a bit of pressure right up the middle. And no, not an oil check.
That was one of the most painful positions I've been in.
