Opening a Dojo

I want to open a dojo. I know what I will teach and how I will teach it but I don't know what business knowledge I need to have. Additionally, I never stuck around at any dojo long enough to get my black belt because I quickly surpassed everyone and saw no reason to stay. (I don't mean to come off as arrogant I'm just stating what happened). I have great skill but no belt or certificate to show for it which for some reason is important to people. The questions I need answers to are these:

1. What business knowledge do I need to open and maintain this dojo in terms of management, finance, and anything else I may be missing?
2. Will my lack of a black belt and young age deter people from frequenting my dojo?
3. If I need a black belt, how could I go about getting one relatively quickly?

I will answer any questions you may have in a timely fashion. I realize that this is a lot to ask with not much to go on and I will do my best in aiding you in aiding me and I will contribute everything I can to the site in the meantime. Thank you for your time and assistance.

So, lets look at this objectively.

1. You have little experience in training in martial arts.

2. Nobody has ever considered you proficient in the basics of a martial art enough to grant you a belt.

3. You have zero credentials.

4. You have little experience observing how a dojo is run, how instructors teach, or how to work with students with different goals and physical abilities.

5. You have zero business knowledge.

6. You think you're better than everyone else.

7. You are impatient.

What could possibly be wrong with this plan?

Troll much?

I think the best thing to do in your situation is to stick to one place. Even if you are better than the rest. If you are surpassing people thats no reason to leave. Thats the best time to get close to everyone and learn what they know and help them learn what you know. If you stay you learn how to teach students better and you can learn from your teacher and how he teaches. That way you can see what works and what doesnt work. If i were you id definitely stick to one dojo for at least 5 years maybe ask if you can help around, youll learn the way the business works.
Its worth it, youll learn patience and thats whats needed if you are going to teach. You dont want to open your own dojo only to have it close 6 months later because you didnt know how to teach or run a business. Also youre my age! Even when i try to teach yoga to someone who is 3 years older than me (ive been doing yoga for 5yrs), they dont want to listen lol. Its annoying but age and experience does go hand and hand, thats what people will be looking at the most if you are opening a dojo.
I hope that helped, but seriously, stick to one place!!! Youll gain knowledge about teaching, running a dojo, patience and youll be perfecting your form!!!!
