It's been a while since I posted and even longer since I updated this blog. But boy have I been busy training.
In the advanced class I go to, we've been doing "Zombie" drills. Basically, a bunch of uke's come at you arms stretched out like zombies. Their goal is to grab you. Nage's goal is to do a technique and move onto the next uke. It's a great drill for improving your flow and kind of a primer for multiple opponent practice. Lately it's been five to eight uke's. Suffice to say, it's also a great cardio workout.
Does anyone else do a drill like this?
