Weigh in this morning.....173 pounds. I haven't totally cut the junk out of my diet yet. Donuts are toooooooo good to resist!! 


I'm still recovering, so nothing too heavy today. Just back and cardio:
Bent-over row 90 lbs 3 x 12
Lat Pulldown 130 3 x 12
Pull Ups to failure - 10... meh. 14 was my PR
Seated Row 95 lbs 3 x 12
Ran 2 miles in 13:49....not bad, considering I haven't been able to run in months
4 corners-Burpees workout
