What moves are used to defend against:
1 A heavy left hand cross
2 muay thai elbow strike,a shin kick or a straight/jumping knee
3 karate's Yamazaki double punch ( seen it in some tv show , idk if its legit thing or not. it basicly consist of baiting opponent's parry with a telegraphed jab to the face while the real punch with the other hand aims for the stomach, both hits occuring at same time )
4 capoeira's crouched kicks

A left hand can just be blocked by a parry or a slip or ducking or a guard block.

A shin kick by checking the kick (lifting your leg off the ground so it doesn't take the full force a flying knee just move away and keep your hands up.

The double punch is very unlikely to ever be used in a real fight best defence would be a counter punch because they will have no guard at all.

Capoeira kicks again very unlikely to ever be used but just move out the way.
